We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your product, we offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. We do not pay for return shipping, however.

Exceptions are cages and java wood items which are only returnable due to a documented defect and must be approved by the supplier first. We will require photo evidence so please be ready to provide this.

No merchandise may be returned without a Return Authorization Number [RA#] issued by Parrotfunalia which must be prominently affixed to the outside of any carton containing returned merchandise.

NOTE: Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

All return merchandise must be in its original packaging. Once we've received and approved the return, we will send instructions on where and how to return your product.
